Spinnaker’s at YYJ is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced airport environment.
This role oversees Front of House with a strong focus on team leadership, guest experience, food quality, and operational execution. If you thrive in high-volume environments and enjoy balancing people leadership with hands-on operations support, we’d love to connect with you.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support daily Front of House and Kitchen operations
- Lead shifts and help drive an exceptional guest experience
- Coach, develop, and motivate restaurant teams
- Maintain food safety, operational, and brand standards
- Support labor, inventory, and cost control initiatives
- Assist with scheduling, forecasting, and administrative tasks
- Help maintain merchandising, displays, and restaurant presentation
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and support peak business flow
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant or food service leadership experience
- Full-service dining and bar experience strongly preferred
- Experience overseeing both FOH and BOH operations preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset

This position is located in a secure airport environment and a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) is required.
