Salary Range: $91,000 - $101,000 / year USD + bonus eligible
Location: Hybrid. This position requires 40%-60% travel

We’re looking for a Talent Development and Engagement Partner to design and deliver programs that strengthen leadership capability, elevate engagement, and support a high-performing culture across the organization. In this role, you’ll shape how our teams grow, develop, and stay connected to our values.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve leadership development programs for frontline through senior leaders
  • Facilitate workshops, cohort programs, and learning sessions both virtually and in person
  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies, including surveys, focus groups, and action planning
  • Support recognition initiatives that reinforce company values and celebrate contributions
  • Partner with leaders to assess development needs and align programs to business priorities
  • Build manager toolkits, resources, and guides that support performance and development conversations
  • Track program participation and effectiveness, using data to measure impact and drive improvements
  • Analyze engagement data and provide insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Support program logistics, communication, and implementation across the organization
  • Ensure programs are inclusive, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Experience using data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada as needed
  • Ability to pass required background checks and airport security clearances
