Regional Restaurant Inventory Control Manager – Canada Western Region

- Reports to: Regional Vice President of Operations
- Compensation: CAD $82,000 – $85,900
- Work Arrangement: Remote | Up to 50% Travel
- Location Requirement: Must reside in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, or Kelowna
Position Summary
The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, procurement alignment, and cost controls for our restaurants in the airports across Canada - Western Region (YVR, YYJ, YEG, YYC, YLW, and YWG). This role partners closely with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and maintain compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory control processes across multiple locations
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and reconciliation of inventory
- Partner with operations leaders to forecast demand and manage stock levels
- Monitor and control inventory-related costs, shrinkage, and waste
- Support procurement and vendor management processes
- Lead audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Analyze inventory trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Train and support site teams on inventory best practices
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or procurement
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience managing inventory across multiple locations or high-volume operations
- Strong working knowledge of inventory systems / ERP platforms
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive inventory accuracy and cost control
- Experience partnering with operations and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, tracking, basic analysis)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or airport operations
- Background in procurement or supply chain management
- Experience with SAP or similar systems
