SSP America is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead Motorworks Bar, a full-service restaurant and bar inside Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) in Sarasota, Florida. You will run daily restaurant operations, lead the bar program, manage a hospitality team, and own financial results in a high-volume airport location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $63,000 to $65,000 per year
• Bonus: quarterly performance bonus plus an annual super bonus plan

What You Will Lead

• Full-service restaurant and bar operations

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years as a full-service restaurant general manager
• Bar or beverage program management experience (preferred)
• Strong financial and operational skills, including profit and loss ownership
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced, multi-priority environments
• Experience leading and developing diverse teams
• A service-focused mindset built on coaching and accountability
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
