  • Partner cross-functionally with People, Finance, Safety, Maintenance and other support functions.
  • Build strong relationships with airport partners, brand partners and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, health and safety requirements and airport security requirements.
  • Support strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting for the airport operation.
  • Serve as a senior onsite operational leader and provide leadership continuity across the airport business.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of General Manager-level experience with full operational and financial accountability for a high-volume, full-service restaurant with bar/alcohol operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience with direct oversight, coaching and development of General Managers or equivalent senior restaurant leaders.
