Specialist, People Data

Compensation: $27.00 – $33.00 / hour | Hybrid

 

If you are detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy, this role offers the opportunity to support critical HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

The Specialist, People Data supports the full employee lifecycle through accurate, timely, and compliant data management. This role operates within a high-volume, ticket-driven environment and partners closely with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage employee data transactions across the lifecycle including onboarding, job changes, payroll updates, and offboarding
  • Work within a ticketing system to triage, prioritize, and resolve requests efficiently
  • Support payroll processes including employee changes, audits, and corrections
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness across HR systems
  • Partner with Payroll, HRIS, and field teams to resolve issues and maintain data integrity
  • Identify trends and support process improvements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Data, or Shared Services
  • Experience working in a high-volume, ticket-based environment
  • Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, payroll, and HR systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data
  • Systems proficiency including HRIS and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
