Visual Designer, Asia Pacific
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join SSP Asia Pacific, working across a diverse portfolio of F&B brands. The role collaborates closely with Commercial and Marketing teams across multiple countries.
The Multimedia Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality visual and multimedia content that supports the company’s commercial, marketing, and branding initiatives. This role covers graphic design, motion graphics, video production, digital content creation, and print coordination, all aimed at enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A passion for design, travel, and food is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, digital signage, and promotions
- Edit videos for brand storytelling, product launches, events, and corporate communications
- Provide end-to-end creative, graphic design, and multimedia support to Marketing and Digital teams
- Leverage AI tools to create, enhance, and optimise creative assets
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative applications to improve workflow and output quality
- Coordinate print production for marketing materials, POSM, menus, packaging, and promotional collateral
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in a design-related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or F&B
- Strong proficiency in Mac-based design software: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, PowerPoint
- Proven experience in motion graphics, video production, and multimedia content creation
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT or similar)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media content, and visual storytellin
- A strong portfolio showcasing design, video, motion graphics, and digital work (required)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong time management, organisational, and communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to support various tasks
