As a Hospitality Manager, you are both the face and the driving force of the store. You lead the team, safeguard quality, and make sure guests enjoy a top-class experience every time. What you’ll do

•            Take overall responsibility for the daily operations of the store

•            Lead Assistant Hospitality Managers, Shift Managers, Team Trainers, and crew members

•            Create schedules, manage staffing levels, and coach your team to success

•            Conduct performance reviews, evaluations, and manage absence policies

•            Safeguard quality and hygiene according to HACCP standards

•            Manage budgets, targets, and operational goals

•            Identify improvement opportunities and take action to optimize store performance

•            Step in on the floor during peak hours to support your team

 

What you bring

•            Several years of experience in hospitality or retail, including at least 2 years in a leadership role

•            For larger stores: 4+ years as a final-responsible manager

•            Strong command of Dutch and/or English

•            Holder (or willing to obtain) of the Leermeester and Social Hygiene certificates

•            A strong leader: results-driven, responsible, and coaching in style

•            Solid knowledge of safety, social hygiene, and food safety regulations
