As an Assistant Hospitality Manager, you’re the right hand of the Hospitality Manager, making sure the store runs smoothly every single day. You coach, motivate, and support your team – and you’re ready to step onto the floor whenever it gets busy. What we offer

•            Salary between €2580,- and 3209,- p/m according to the Dutch Hospitality CAO, based on experience

What you’ll do

•            Lead Shift Managers, Team Trainers, and crew members on a daily basis

•            Support with scheduling, workforce planning, and recruitment of new colleagues

•            Coach and motivate your team, conduct performance and evaluation reviews

•            Safeguard the quality and appearance of the store according to HACCP standards

•            Handle guest questions and complaints in a professional and welcoming way

•            Monitor costs and profitability together with the Hospitality Manager, optimizing staff deployment

•            Be active on the floor during peak moments – visible, engaged, and hands-on

 

What you bring

•            At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or retail, including 1 year in a leadership role

•            Energetic, guest-focused attitude and the ability to motivate others

•            Knowledge of safety, social hygiene, and food safety regulations

•            Strong command of Dutch and/or English

•            Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at 24/7 locations

•            Holder (or willing to obtain) of the Social Hygiene certificate
