Data Analyst
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support data and process and input activities for POS & Inventory systems within Malaysia, acting as the main control point for all changes.
- Support on the data deployment of Digital Ordering such as Self Ordering Kiosks and Mobile Ordering
- Uphold data governance frameworks
- Working closely with Regional APAC Data team to handle the master data cleansing and maintenance as per agreed standards.
- Recommend improvements and assist in streamlining and engineering workflows and processes.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Education / Qualification
- Diploma or above (preferably in Commercial/Restaurant / Hospitality Operations)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese would be beneficial
Knowledge and Skills
- Prior experience with POS or Inventory systems servings customers
- A flexible working approach as some projects / support may require calls with the other regional teams.
- Sensitive to numbers, detailed minded, logical thinking, well organized and adaptive to fast-paced retail environment
