We are experts in creating and running food outlets in locations where people are on the move. Whether it’s jetting off somewhere more exotic, getting on a train or stopping off at a motorway service area, we will make sure the food and drink on offer is the ideal selection to meet the needs of the many different types of travellers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. To be responsible for the daily smooth operation of the bar
  2. To ensure upselling as per monthly target promo e.g.; happy hour upselling
  3. To ensure the high quality and consistency of the beverages served
  4. To ensure the cleanliness and hygienic practices in food and beverages handling
  5. To ensure replenishment food/desserts at display chiller includes beverages etc.
  6. To clean coffee/beer/wine glass after being use by the guest
  7. To maintain and to always keep clean bar counter.
  8. To ensure all items inside the bar follow FIFO
  9. To be responsible for the daily inventory
  10. To cooperate and work in a team towards development, maintenance, and improvement of the quality management system
  11. To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate
