About the Role

Main Responsibilities

•   Manage the full spectrum of compensation and benefits, including payroll, taxation, MPF, medical and     health insurance, and work  injury cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
•    Participate in salary review processes and support the performance management system.
•    Collaborate with Recruitment on manpower planning, recruitment, and selection to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
•    Maintain and update HRIS databases, attendance, leave records, and filing systems with accuracy.
•    Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies.
•    Ensure HR policies and practices are effectively communicated and strictly comply with corporate guidelines and statutory requirements.
•    Compile HR-related statistics and reports regularly for management review.
•    Handle employee relations matters, including staff grievances and performance management, in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
•    Assist in planning and executing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and staff engagement activities.
•    Provide support in staff-related cases such as work injuries or grievances.
•    Prepare memos and presentations for management meetings.
•    Undertake ad hoc HR projects and activities as assigned.


Education/Qualification 
•    Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
•    Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or FMCG industries
•    Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other statutory labor regulations
•    Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Chinese
•    Immediate availability is highly preferred
•    Working location: Hong Kong International Airport


Knowledge and Skills 
•    Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
•    Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
•    Skilled in recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR administration
•    Ability to translate documents and memos between English and Chinese
•    Strong problem-solving skills and capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
