People Intern, Asia Pacific

About the Role

Reporting to Training Manager, Asia Pacific, you will be tasked to support the HR department in its daily activities for reward, training, recruitment and various HR projects.

Responsibilities

Provide HR admin and operations support, including but not limited to:

  • Assist in the preparation staff letters (new joiner documentations, reference letters) and other communication Maintain filling system, both e-filing & P-file filling
  • Assist market data research
  • Assist in organizing staff activities
  • Support in other ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • University student with major in Human Resources Management or business-related discipline
  • Candidates who can work minimum 2 days per week are preferred.
  • Good in MS Office applications especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Responsible and detailed minded individual who can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work harmoniously with people of different backgrounds and at all levels.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
