About the Role
People Intern, Asia Pacific – (Reward)
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and updating compensation and benefits data, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support benchmarking exercises and market surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Contribute to communication materials related to rewards policies and programs.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of compensation and benefits records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Provide support for other ad‑hoc C&B initiatives and projects as required.
- Assist in HR data analysis and reporting to support decision‑making.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking project progress.
Person Specification:
- Current university student majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 days per week.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong ability in PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to multi‑task, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
