People Intern, Asia Pacific (Communications)

About the Role

Role: People Intern, Asia Pacific (Communications, Commercial Team)

 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing and Communications Intern to support our internal and external initiatives. Reporting to the Commercial Marketing and Communications Manager, the intern will provide administration support and assist with the creation of various visual assets and content creation that align with our business objectives

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Administration and Project Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the Commercial Marketing and Communications Manager.
  • Support communications for internal events such as employee town halls, events and key campaigns.

 

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative and practical ideas.
  • Provide research support and basic reporting.

 

Creative & Content Development

  • Assist in designing and formatting presentation decks for internal communications
  • Create visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to marketing materials.
  • Edit short videos for use in presentations, team updates, and digital platforms.
  • Support the development of marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.

 

Person Specification

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related discipline
  • Positive attitude with a curious, agile mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools such as Canva is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut is an advantage
  • Good command of both English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Available to work two weekdays per week during the internship period
  • Strong interest in marketing, content creation, visual storytelling, and multimedia
