  • Lead by example on the floor, ensuring strong guest service and smooth service flow
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop Food Travel Experts
  • Assign daily goals, tasks, and shift coverage to meet operational needs
  • Maintain merchandising, inventory levels, and brand standards
  • Monitor sales performance and support cost control efforts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and provincial health & sanitation standards
  • Support office and admin functions including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and receiving

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in casual dining required
  • Strong shift leadership and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to handle conflict, work under pressure, and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; French bilingualism an asset)
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable supporting more than one location

Why This Role Works

  • Exposure to multi-unit operations — great development for future leaders
  • A busy airport environment where no two days are the same
  • Competitive pay, bonus potential, and strong benefits
  • Support from an experienced operations team

Ready to Step Up?

If you’re ready to grow your leadership skills and take on a dynamic, multi-unit role at YOW — we’d love to meet you.
