Team Member - Warehouse/Stock Control

About the Role

Full Time Team Member - Warehouse / Stock Control - Newcastle International Airport


Everyone regardless of age starts on £11.60 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £12.80 per hour.

We are looking for Full Time Team Member to join our Warehouse / Stock Control at Newcastle International Airport.
As a Team Member you will work a variety of shifts between 4:00 AM - 22:00 PM including weekends, so it is important you can travel safely to the Airport for early starts.

 

Requirements for Team Member:

  • Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
  • Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Responsibilities for Team Member:

  • Ensuring that shelves are always properly stocked.
  • Managing and processing orders.
  • Managing warehouse inventory records.
  • Receiving goods promptly.
  • Unloading correct merchandise and placing it where customer dictates.
  • Picking materials for orders, assembling and packaging materials for shipment/pick up.
  • Maintaining warehouse and cleanliness, order, and safety.
  • Dealing with day-to-day issues that may arise in a professional manner.
