Talent Acquisition Executive
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Executive plays a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment, supporting the attraction, selection, and hiring of top talent across the business. Working closely with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition team, and HR, they ensure recruitment activity is efficient, timely, and aligned with business needs.
In addition to managing recruitment processes, the Talent Acquisition Executive will support the creation and delivery of targeted recruitment campaigns and promotional activity to attract candidates. They will directly support hiring for Head Office roles and drive a direct sourcing approach, minimising agency reliance by utilising effective sourcing channels, talent pipelines, and employer brand assets. The role works in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager and key stakeholders to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
Recruitment Attraction
- Partner with the Recruitment team to design recruitment campaigns for key roles, functions, seasonal hiring, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Manage employer branding presence across external platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, indeed, careers website, etc.).
- Design and execute targeted digital campaigns to reach diverse talent pools.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximise ROI.
- Supporting with creation of promotional content (including social media posts, adverts, images, videos, posters, flyers, and banners), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and consistent messaging that promotes company culture and values.
- Support the recruitment social media campaigns across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), improving brand visibility and audience engagement, while working closely with the Communications team, who manage the corporate social media channels.
- Support major recruitment events, careers fairs, and initiatives with marketing collateral and social media presence.
Head Office Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all Head Office roles, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection methods, and timelines.
- Direct source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive talent pipelining.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on Head Office recruitment performance.
- Support operational recruitment when needed, including holiday cover.
- Ability to manage Recruitment ATS &
- Reduce Time to Hire through proactive pipeline management, streamlined assessment stages, and effective stakeholder coordination.
- Draft and post engaging job adverts across relevant platforms (ATS, job boards, social media).
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback in a timely manner.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with company policies and relevant employment legislation.
- Produce recruitment reports and insights (e.g. time-to-hire, source of hire, pipeline health) to inform decisions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles.
- Support onboarding processes in partnership with People Services and hiring managers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience in candidate sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct talent pipelining.
- Background in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or attraction strategy.
- Understanding of digital recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms
- Previous experience in using an ATS, preferably Success Factors or Smart Recruiters.
Skills & Capabilities
- Proficient in Canva or other content creation tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret campaign and recruitment performance.
- Strong communication and organisation skills, able to manage multiple projects effectively.
