Senior Customer Service Assistant

Senior Customer Service Assistant -  Euro Star at St Pancras Station, London

 

Pay Rate: £13.15 per hour, inclusive of London Allowance.
Hours: Full Time.
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 6:00am and 10:30pm, including weekends.

 

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role.
  • The role involves manual loading and unloading of items, requiring physical capability and stamina.

AS A SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU’LL:

 

  • Oversee efficient loading/unloading of catering equipment and stock from trains.
  • Manage order assembly and maintain precise control over inventory.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
  • Strategically place products to minimize wastage through effective rotation.
