About the role:

We are seeking a change professional to create a coordinated approach to change management in our Mercury programme, which is a global SAP integration project.

You will be responsible for developing change management capabilities within our organisation, while also supporting the Change Lead for the program in strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing individuals and teams to effectively manage change, fostering a culture of resilience and adaptability.

This position requires change, training or coaching skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. 

 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with the Change Lead to develop and execute strategic change management initiatives aligned with the program's objectives.
  • Develop and maintain change management tools to support consistent and effective change management practices across the programme.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify organisational change readiness and develop tailored strategies to address gaps.
  • Partner with HR and talent management teams to integrate change management competencies into talent development and succession planning processes.
  • Ensure the delivery of training programs are done in a co-ordinated way ensuring that all training on the programme is to the same high quality.
  • Support the Change Lead in developing and executing communication and engagement plans to foster stakeholder buy-in and support for change initiatives.

 

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and empower individuals and teams to embrace change.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs and workshops.
