3 AM start Kitchen Staff

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team as Early Morning Kitchen Staff.

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly during the early morning hours.

 

Pay Rate: £12.79 - £13.99 + Service Charge in addition to the monthly pay

Shift pattern: Starting at 2 or 3 AM, including weekends

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient operation.
  • Follow proper procedures for opening the kitchen and setting up stations for service.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a kitchen
  • Ability to work early morning shifts, starting at 2 or 3 am.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
