Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Unit Manager to join our team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing a team to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gathers, validates and interprets operational data to be used in reporting and understanding the unit’s performance.
  • Properly oversees and monitors overall daily operations of the outlets and ensures that brand service standards are always adhered to.
  • Efficiently addresses issues brought about during daily operations and escalates such when deemed necessary.
  • Ensures that appropriate count of manpower is deployed per shift schedule to properly support operations and attain customer satisfaction.
  • Addresses customer complaints and ensures that these are resolved proactively.
  • Utilizes and monitors the use of POS and ensures that the system is used properly and is not abused.
  • Answers inquiries on audit findings, cash handling issues and all other inspection findings.
  • Plans and proposes process and outlet policy improvements to avoid further audit and inspection findings.
  • Sets controls and procedures to manage outlet performance to meet set targets, budgets, costs and revenue.
  • Recommend, plans and facilitate implementation and monitoring of unit programs and product launches undertaken to improve revenue of the outlet.
  • Check, monitor and control status and transfer of stocks and inventory.
  • Facilitate and participate in the conduct of periodic inventory count as required.
  • Observed measures for ensuring safety, security and sanitation within area of responsibility in compliance with airport policies

 

Job Requirement:

  • College graduate of any course, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management
  • At least (5) years of working experience in restaurant operations, two (2) years of which in supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Good grasp of overall restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership potential and keen on details.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and moderately conversant in English
