Job Description

The Service Crew is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced food service environment. This role includes greeting customers, preparing food and beverages, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall store operations to ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally
  • Assist in preparing and serving food items according to company standards
  • Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
  • Operate POS (Point-of-Sale) system for order processing and payment
  • Ensure accuracy in billing and providing change
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, counters, and workstations
  • Wash utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment as needed
  • Dispose of waste properly and promptly
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Assist in inventory checks and proper storage of items
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and customers
  • Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and food handling standards
  • Wear proper uniform and maintain a presentable appearance

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
