Job Description
The Service Crew is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced food service environment. This role includes greeting customers, preparing food and beverages, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall store operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally
- Assist in preparing and serving food items according to company standards
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Operate POS (Point-of-Sale) system for order processing and payment
- Ensure accuracy in billing and providing change
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, counters, and workstations
- Wash utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment as needed
- Dispose of waste properly and promptly
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Assist in inventory checks and proper storage of items
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and customers
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and food handling standards
- Wear proper uniform and maintain a presentable appearance
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
