ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will handle a variety of tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, document management, and other office duties to support team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide administrative support to the management team and staff.
•    Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
•    Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
•    Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
•    Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents in an orderly and accessible manner.
•    Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and functional.
•    Assist with onboarding new employees and maintain employee records.
•    Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including travel logistics.
•    Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses.
•    Provide customer service and act as the point of contact for visitors and clients.
•    Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Job Requirements:
•    Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in another relevant administrative support role.
•    Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
•    Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines).
•    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
•    Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Previous experience in an administrative support role.
•    Familiarity with office management software and databases.
•    Experience in handling scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
