Team Leader

Team Leader for Dishwashing Team

We are looking for a Team Leader for our new dishwashing team!

You will play a central role in the start-up of a new team and with your experienced leadership, you will manage the team and work closely together with the team on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities…
You will lead our service team, which consists of dishwashers and runners.
You will be a part of the team ‘on the floor’.
You will cooperate daily with your unit manager colleagues in our restaurant units
You will be part of a team of managers and report to SSP’s Operations Manager.
You will have overall management and budget responsibility for SSP’s service team.

 

Core tasks
• Overall responsibility for the daily management of the service team
• Ensure that all service tasks meet SSP’s high standards
• Recruitment, training, and development of staff
• Responsible for budget and financial reporting
• Compliance with all relevant hygiene and safety regulations
• Ensuring high operational standards

 

We are looking for someone who has:
• Solid management experience from the restaurant or service industry
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with budget responsibility
• Ability to work flexibly and effectively under pressure
• Professional, energetic, and with a positive attitude
• Proficiency in Scandinavian and English
• A clean criminal record according to the Ministry of Transport’s regulation 979
