We are experts in creating and running food outlets in locations where people are on the move. Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Reports to the chefs
  2. To assist day-to-day preparation of mise en-place.
  3. To keep the working area clean and the cleanliness and hygienic practices in food preparation.
  4. To maintain and keep all equipment and the kitchen is clean at all times.
  5. To assist in loading of foodstuff.
  6. To store and keep orderly the goods and to keep record of the items - stock control.
  7. To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvements of the quality management system.
  8. To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities.
