At SSP America, our Shift Supervisors are the first step into management.  Shift Supervisors at the commissary have the very important role of ensuring our standards are consistently achieved by our team of Food Travel Experts supporting our restaurants.  They work to provide the best experience possible to our guests and exemplify our Passion Principles!  

Our Shift Supervisors are experts at a few things:

• Treating team members with respect
• Leading shifts to ensure all operational standards are met or exceeded
• Being self-motivated and staying organized during busy shift times

If you’ve previously enjoyed supervising in a commissary, commercial kitchen, or similar food service environment, you’ll fit in on our team!

Here are a few things you can expect to do as a Commissary Shift Supervisor at SSP America:

• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes 
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals
• Other duties as assigned!
