What You’ll Do:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Sr. Regional People Leader and collaborate with the Corporate HR Team to deliver high-quality HR administration.
- Oversee a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment/staffing, compensation, compliance, benefits, talent management, and training & development.
- Lead initiatives in key areas such as:
- Performance Management
- Succession Planning
- Collective Bargaining/Labor Relations
- HR Strategy
- Metrics Reporting
- Ensure alignment with company policies, values, and strategic goals.
- Manage and resolve HR challenges effectively while maintaining a professional and supportive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred (or foreign equivalence).
- HR experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and union environments is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
