Compensation:

What You’ll Do:

 

As the Human Resources Manager, you will:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Sr. Regional People Leader and collaborate with the Corporate HR Team to deliver high-quality HR administration.
  • Oversee a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment/staffing, compensation, compliance, benefits, talent management, and training & development.
  • Lead initiatives in key areas such as:
    • Performance Management
    • Succession Planning
    • Collective Bargaining/Labor Relations
    • HR Strategy
    • Metrics Reporting
  • Ensure alignment with company policies, values, and strategic goals.
  • Manage and resolve HR challenges effectively while maintaining a professional and supportive work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred (or foreign equivalence).
  • HR experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and union environments is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
