Barista - Starbucks

Early Morning Barista – Starbucks, Edinburgh Airport (£12.40–£13.60 p/h)

Shift Start: 3am | Full-time & Part-time Available

We’re hiring Early Morning Baristas to join our Starbucks team at Edinburgh Airport. If you're an early riser who loves great coffee, fast-paced work, and creating feel-good moments for customers, this role is for you.

About the Role

As an Early Morning Barista, you will:

  • Prepare hot and cold Starbucks beverages to brand standards

  • Deliver friendly, fast and personalised customer service

  • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment

  • Work confidently in a busy, high-energy airport location

  • Learn new skills, recipes and ways of working through our full training programme

About You

We’re looking for people who:

  • Can work from 2:30am or earlier

  • Enjoy working with people and staying active

  • Bring positive energy and a great attitude

  • Can provide 5 years of references and pass a Criminal Record Check

  • Are 18+ (required for some tasks and handling alcohol)

Previous barista or hospitality experience is welcome but not essential — we’ll train you.
