Team Leader

Duty Manager at Burger King

Join our Burger King Unit at Terminal 1, SSP Dublin Airport!

Hours per week: Full Time 40 hrs

Shift patterns: Scheduled between 03:00am and midnight

Pay rate: €15.60 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra 25% for hours worked between 11pm and 7AM and an extra 33% for all Sunday hours.

We also offer additional service charge.

To be successful in this role you will need previous experience of being a team leader or supervisor within a similar environment. 
 

Requirements:

  • Certain tasks may require applicants to be 18 years or older and able to serve alcohol.
  • Successful candidates must provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in accordance with Airport Security Regulations
  • If you have experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in retail, warehouse or hospitality industry you are welcome to join our fabulous team.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Drive success by consistently meeting daily spending targets while maintaining optimal waste and portion control practices.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules, inventory, and resources efficiently.
