Fonctions essentielles

  • Recrute, forme, encadre et communique efficacement avec l’équipe des Food Travel Experts.
  • Met en œuvre et maintient les normes de service à la clientèle et/ou les spécifications de la marque.

  • Maintient toutes les normes de marchandisage, les présentations visuelles, la signalisation et surveille les niveaux d’inventaire.

  • Développe, planifie et attribue les objectifs quotidiens, les tâches et les responsabilités des membres de l’équipe.

  • Gère, supervise et évalue la performance des membres de l’équipe en assurant le suivi pour garantir l’accomplissement des tâches et objectifs assignés, et fournit de la rétroaction, y compris des mesures disciplinaires.

  • Contribue au suivi de la performance des ventes en analysant les rapports de ventes et en effectuant une analyse comparative.

  • Assure le respect de toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise ainsi que des normes provinciales de santé et de salubrité.

  • Gère toutes les tâches administratives, incluant la gestion des fonds, la réception des marchandises, l’inventaire, les achats, la planification des horaires et la paie des membres de l’équipe.

SSP Canada operates several restaurants throughout the Montreal Trudeau International Airport. Our Assistant Restaurant Managers are experts at delegating tasks, delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example and developing their team. 

 

Essential Functions

  • Recruits, trains, develops and communicates with team of Food Travel Experts Implements and maintains guest service standards and/or brand specifications.
  • Maintains all merchandising standards, display presentations and signing standards and monitors inventory levels.
  • Develops, plans and assigns daily goals, tasks and Team Member assignments.
  • Manages, supervises and evaluates Team Member performance through follow-up to ensure proper completion of assigned tasks and goals and provides feedback including disciplinary action.
  • Assists in monitoring sales performance through the analysis of sales reports and comparison shopping.
  • Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as provincial health/sanitation standards.
  • Manages all office tasks, including management of funds, receiving, inventory, purchasing, team member scheduling and payroll.

 

Skills & Other Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the food & beverage industry, in a management capacity.
  • Food and Beverage experience in a full service dining setting strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage conflict and ensure successful outcomes; work under pressure and deal with high stress situations while exercising sound judgment and decision making
  • Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication (French and English)
  • Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities
  • Ability to obtain Transport Canada Security Clearance
