Vos responsabilités :
  • Gérer toutes les activités de l’entrepôt et de la cuisine de production
  • Assurer un contrôle rigoureux de la qualité et de la salubrité des aliments
  • Diriger, former et développer l’équipe
  • Maintenir et optimiser les systèmes et processus internes
  • Contrôler les inventaires et évaluer les coûts
  • Établir des listes de par et assurer la gestion des stocks disponibles
  • Gérer les tâches administratives du bureau
  • Effectuer les prévisions et la budgétisation
  • Résoudre efficacement les problèmes quotidiens

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Commissary Manager in the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. If you thrive in a fast-paced food environment and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you!

  • Setting up par lists and stock on hand controls

  • Forecasting and Budgeting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years in warehouse/commissary in a management/supervisory capacity.
  • Culinary background is desirable.
  • Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
  • Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
  • Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
