About the Role

  1. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  2. Ensure completion of project deliveries on schedule with minimal errors according to the specific requirements
  3. Establish and manage communication protocols with all internal and external parties
  4. Act as the key liaison with the SSP team and key outside stakeholders for all construction-related issues
  5. Develop and manage the delivery process including agreement of the change order protocol with all project team members
  6. Facilitate progress updates with SSP appointed contractors and suppliers
  7. Report on any issues with related parties and develop solutions locally and manage out issues
  8. Attend site survey/scoping meetings to understand the proposed project brief in conjunction with necessary suppliers
  9. Review and manage the development of needed technical solutions with the work team to ensure SSP expectations are achieved
