About the Role

  • Collaborate closely with other departments and Operations teams to ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted promptly and accuracy with a proper tracking.
  • Ensure employment policies and practices comply with relevant employment regulations.
  • Focus and ensure Pass card process is properly established and efficiency with the following.
    • Focus to administer Airport Pass cards for all company personnel, including external contractors at SBIA, with plans to extend this process to DMK for Criminal Background Checks.
    • Maintain a vigilant watch over the Airport Pass card database and send reminders to individuals due for Pass card application or renewal.
    • Facilitate day-to-day communication with staff to keep them informed and updated on the Passcard application process.
    • Foster positive relationships with KPS and AOT.
