Cook – Sip & Stone, Belfast International Airport

£13.72 per hour + £1.20 per hour night uplift (£14.92 between midnight–6am)
Full-time & part-time | Immediate starts | Fixed-term until Jan 2026

Experience isn’t essential — we’ll give you full training.
What you do need is reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to travel to the airport for early starts (driving is preferred as public transport can be limited).

Pay & Shifts

  • £13.72 per hour

  • + £1.20 per hour uplift between midnight and 6am

  • Opportunity to earn service charge / tips (not contractual)*

  • Shifts between 3am and 11pm, including weekends & bank holidays

  • Flexible full-time (30h) & part-time (20h) shifts

  • Discounted onsite parking for all shifts

 

About the Cook Role

As a Cook, you’ll help keep our busy kitchen running smoothly by preparing food to spec, supporting service and maintaining high safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cooking and preparing food to brand specifications

  • Measuring ingredients and portioning dishes accurately

  • Keeping your station clean, organised and ready for service

  • Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards

  • Working as part of a fast-paced back-of-house team

  • Supporting with stock rotation and minimising waste

We provide full training, so if you have the right attitude, we’ll teach you everything else.

About You

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

  • Reliable, positive and eager to learn

  • Happy working in a busy, energetic kitchen

  • Able to commute for 3am starts (driving preferred)

  • Over 18 years old

  • Able to provide 5 years of UK references and pass a Criminal Record Check
