About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administrator to join our finance team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and supporting the wider finance team with various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Support the validation of invoices in collaboration with property accountants.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and suppliers, resolving any financial queries.
  • Produce sales statements in line with internal processes.
  • Manage the shared property inbox, ensuring timely responses to queries.
  • Maintain vendor payment logs, keeping records up to date.
  • Assist the wider finance team with ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.

Essential:

  • Experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
  • High attention to detail with a quality-conscious approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Desirable:

  • AAT qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience using SAP or similar financial systems.
  • Background in property finance or accounts.
