About the Role

TEAM MEMBER - M&S SIMPLY FOOD, BELFAST CENTRAL STATION

 

Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.55 per hour.

 

Part-Time opportunities, contracts of 8 hours per week up to 30 hours per week available. Shifts scheduled between the hours 5am - 11:15pm.  Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

 

  • You love a fast-paced environment with friendly faces, and feel-good moments - retail at its best!
  • Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
  • Customer focused and able to work well alone or with a team.

 

ABOUT THE TEAM MEMBER ROLE:

 

  • Display a 'customer first' attitude, no matter the task at hand.
  • Handling deliveries, stock movement, stock handling, keeping shelves full, clean, and organised.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Previous retail experience is desired.
