Regional Restaurant Inventory Control Manager

Compensation:

  • $70,000 - $75,000 / year
  • Bonus Eligible

Are you looking to grow your career with a Global Leader in the Food Service Industry? SSP America is looking for a Regional Restaurant Inventory Control Manager to join our team of Food Travel Experts! We are a growing company that offers an exciting, fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth. Our portfolio of restaurants includes a variety of national/global brands, local brand partners and boutique restaurants unique to SSP! You will work with a combination of quick service, fast-casual and full-service operations in each of our airport locations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with culinary experts across North America and our International team in over 37 countries worldwide. Reporting to the Regional VP of Operations, you will work with our operators both remotely and on-site, with travel across the US up to 40% of the time.

Skills & Other Requirements:

 

  • Associate's degree in accounting or applicable experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of inventory control experience in a food service environment is required.
  • Multi-unit restaurant experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Micros POS is preferred.
  • Experience in supporting or training Inventory applications.
  • Detailed knowledge of recipe formation and development required.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, accuracy, follow-up skills, and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and among cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting quickly; and effectively prioritize assigned job duties to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Must be located within driving distance of one of our central airport locations (Dallas, Houston, or Denver).
  • Ability to travel within the US is required.
