Compensation:

  • $95,000 - $110,000 / year + bonus eligible

As a Loss Prevention Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the safety and integrity of operations across multiple airport restaurants. You’ll collaborate with teams, investigate incidents, and drive awareness of Loss Prevention and Safety practices. This role will require traveling across the U.S. and Canada (~40%) and building partnerships that contribute to our business success.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of Loss Prevention programs across assigned airport locations.
  • Research POS activity daily using advanced tools to identify and resolve suspicious activity.
  • Investigate integrity issues like inventory accuracy, cash shortages, and risk management costs.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual investigations and interviews using the Wicklander-Zulawski method.
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain records for all investigations.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, legal representatives, and internal teams as necessary.
  • Analyze data to uncover risks and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, security, and ethical practices.
  • Provide technical support for video surveillance systems and assist with new restaurant openings.
  • Offer training and support to field teams to foster Loss Prevention awareness.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Loss Prevention, Security Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of multi-unit Loss Prevention experience in restaurants or retail.
  • Wicklander-Zulawski certification required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure scenarios and make sound decisions.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in tools like MS Office, POS systems, and video surveillance software.
  • Must be eligible to travel extensively within the U.S. and Canada and meet airport security requirements.
  • Must have a U.S. Passport, or be willing to obtain one once hired.
