Regional Controller – Remote

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
  • Deliver financial analysis across revenue, cost, and operational efficiency metrics.
  • Provide detailed variance reports and trend analysis to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, payroll, AP/AR, and operational teams.
  • Train, mentor, and lead finance professionals in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Experience: Minimum five years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including one year in management. Food and beverage industry experience is a plus.
  • Preferred: CPA designation (not required).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, and financial modeling tools.
  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to build relationships, communicate insights, and drive financial excellence.

Work Eligibility & Travel Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass TSA/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) background checks.
  • Must reside in Pittsburgh, PA or Indianapolis, IN, with travel (~25%) across the U.S. and Canada.
