Join Our Team as a Legal Administrative Assistant!


Compensation: $28 to $30 per hour

As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our Legal department. You will help manage documents, coordinate projects, and assist team members with a wide range of administrative tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role that supports the Vice President of Risk and Compliance and contributes to smooth and organized legal operations.

What You'll Do:

 

  • Deliver administrative support to Legal team members and manage sensitive and complex assignments.
  • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, conference space planning and assist with tasks such as digitizing and expense reimbursements.
  • Support legal projects including licensing activities, audit assistance, binder preparation and compliance tracking.
  • Manage document workflows, maintain records in the contract management system and support MS Forms data collection.
  • Administer Adobe Sign processes, process invoices and assist with vendor due diligence.

What We're Looking For:

 

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications or related fields.
  • Experience with commercial transactions, contracts or agreements and contract management systems.
  • At least one year of experience in a corporate legal department within hospitality, food service or airport operations preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization and time management skills with accurate recordkeeping.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, support cross functional teams and operate in a digital environment.
