We’re looking for an Instructional Designer who knows how to turn business needs into engaging, practical learning experiences. If you love building content that actually sticks, and partnering with the business to make it matter, this is your role.

You’ll design, develop, and facilitate training across multiple formats (eLearning, virtual, and instructor-led), helping our teams perform at their best in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

  • Facilitate training sessions and gather real-time feedback for continuous improvement
  • Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to build relevant, impactful content
  • Maintain and update existing learning materials for accuracy and consistency
  • Prepare and launch courses within the LMS, ensuring quality and usability
  • Contribute ideas to elevate learning effectiveness and engagement

  • Ability to facilitate training for diverse learner groups
  • Willingness and ability to travel 40–60%
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or customer-facing industries
  • Exposure to LMS platforms and course deployment
  • Instructional design certification or related coursework
  • Multi-lingual (English, French-Canadian, Tagalog, Amharic, Hindi, Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish)

Why Join Us

You’ll be part of a collaborative learning team that values creativity, practical impact, and continuous improvement. This is a role where your work is seen, used, and felt across the organization, not buried in a folder somewhere.

  • Salary range: $71,000 – $81,500 + bonus eligibility
  • Opportunity to design learning that directly impacts business performance, not just theory
  • High visibility across the organization through partnership with cross-functional leaders
  • Variety in your work - blend of design, facilitation, and field engagement
  • Exposure to dynamic, fast-paced environments across multiple locations
  • Ability to see your work come to life in real time and continuously improve it
