The gig:

  • Configure & test Simphony POS (menu setup, pricing, upgrades)
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues, escalate smart
  • Support nationwide rollouts with senior team

You bring:

  • Minimum 1 year system/DB admin
  • SQL/JSON basics + TCP/IP networking
  • Helpdesk hustle & restaurant tech bonus

We bring:

  • $64,900–$72,000
  • 100% Remote US | Benefits 1st of month following hire
