Analyst, Culinary Systems - Menu

Analyst, Culinary Systems – Menu

Remote (U.S.) | 33% Travel | $70,000–$75,000

Are you the person who notices when a PLU is off… before anyone else does?
Do you understand how a menu build translates from recipe to POS to reporting?
If so, we should talk.

We’re looking for a Culinary Systems Analyst to own and protect the integrity of our menu data across a multi-unit airport restaurant portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of Culinary, Operations, and Systems — ensuring what’s designed in R&D executes flawlessly in Simphony and CrunchTime.

This isn’t just data entry.
This is menu architecture.

What You’ll Own

  • Maintain and govern the master item list (PLUs, UPCs, POSIDs)

  • Ensure clean alignment between recipes, modifiers, routing, and reporting

  • Audit live locations and reconcile POS vs. back-office discrepancies

  • Support new unit openings, rollouts, and menu launches

  • Partner cross-functionally with Culinary, Data, Operations, and Commercial teams

  • Strengthen reporting accuracy across food, beverage, and retail items

What Makes You a Fit

  • Minimum 2+ years in menu data, item master management, or restaurant systems

  • Experience with Simphony and/or CrunchTime (or similar platforms)

  • Strong understanding of menu mix reporting and item structure logic

  • Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, data validation)

  • Detail-obsessed, analytical, and comfortable owning data integrity

  • Able to work independently in a remote environment

  • Comfortable traveling ~33% across the U.S. and Canada

  • Culinary background or formal culinary education is a strong plus.

Why This Role Matters

In airport environments, precision matters.
Menu accuracy drives operational efficiency, financial reporting, and guest experience.

You will be the connective tissue between strategy and execution.

Details

  • Full-time, exempt

  • Remote (must live within commuting distance to a U.S. SSP airport)

  • $70,000–$75,000

  • TSA/FAA clearance required

If you enjoy building clean systems, eliminating duplication, and making complex menu structures work seamlessly — this is your lane.
