  • Lead a team of Baristas and Shift Managers, inspiring them every single day
  • Combine strategy and practice: from administration and sales to being hands-on on the floor
  • Create a unique Starbucks experience for every guest together with your team
  • Celebrate successes, motivate your team, and build a positive work environment

 

Who you are as a Multi Unit Manager

You’re a born leader with hospitality in your DNA:

  • Proven management experience in hospitality or retail
  • Able to inspire and motivate your team with your enthusiasm and vision
  • Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
  • Strong communicator in both Dutch and English
  • Goal-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality
