Administrative Officer, Asia Pacific

Role

The ideal candidate will mainly perform wide range of office administrative duties and to support the daily operations of the office. This role is directly report to Executive Secretary, Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full range of administrative support to administration team and to support the daily operations of the office, including office housekeeping, repair & maintenance, office supplies control, procurement handling and payment settlement.
  • Maintain office facilities properly as well as office security and safety.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors, monitor and follow up the progress.
  • Liaise with internal parties and external vendors for license and contract renewal exercises.
  • Handle renovation and decoration projects.
  • Handle various databases and systems.
  • Assist team members to organize company events and meetings, provide relevant logistics supports.
  • Assist in updating and reviewing the administration policies and procedures.
  • Handle expenses claim and prepare regular reports.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in office administration, preferably in MNC.
  • Proactive, take initiative and a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well organized, attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese input.
