SSPHK has been operating at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) since 1998 with 3 outlets. Since then, we have expanded our business to 17 outlets and 1 lounge at HKIA—a high-profile hub. Renowned for excellence, SSPHK has earned prestigious accolades such as the “World's Best Airport Dining Experience” (Skytrax World Airport Awards 2017) and “Airport Food Hall of the Year – Asia Pacific” (FAB Awards 2018).

Role Summary 職位概述

Senior Server or Server is responsible for overseeing food preparation, food service and service staff on assigned shifts.  They will be able to work at different units under SSPHK. They are responsible for Quality Control, Inventory Control and any duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Unit Manager.

Operations Management 營運管理


People: 
•    Completed all the tasks, duties and responsibilities assigned and designated by superior 
•    Demonstrate a can-do attitude to peer/ team member

Product & Place & Equipment: 
•    Ensure quality Company/Brand standards are adhered to at all times on the floor 
•    Ensure that all unit displays/merchandize look attractive and clean with all products availability to the Brand standards.
•    Report all maintenance issues and hazards to your manager immediately.
•    Independently directs the work of the assigned staff in the proper preparation and service of food within established Standard Operation Procedures
•    Demonstrate excellent control of all resources and operating costs during your shift, achieving targets set by your manager.
•    Effectively control wastage in designated working station

Customer: 
•    Monitor service quality in terms of ordering procedures, and order accuracy of front counter staff. 
•    To lead by example ensuring that the team on shift are always delivering customer standards using High 5 elements 
•    Ensure that every customer is given a polite, friendly and personal service.
•    Deal with all customer comments in a positive manner and take appropriate follow up action.
•    To know all Brand products and advise customers in a professional and helpful manner.
•    Optimize all sales activities and act upon all sales opportunities by upselling 

Operations House rules & administration: 
•    Ensure that unit documentation is fully completed on a timely basis to a professional standard.
•    Comply with all Company, Brand, Client and Unit procedures regulate by Finance relating to cash handling and security.

•   了解所有品牌產品並以專業和有益的方式為客戶提供建議
•   優化所有銷售活動,並透過追加銷售抓住所有銷售機會

Person Specification 任職要求

Essential:
•    Form 5 or above 
•    Team player with pleasant character 
•    Good manner of customer services
