Operations

If you enjoy interacting with many different people, then being in roles such as a Barista, Baker or Kitchen Porter may be for you. Working in a unit means being both Front and Back of House as we work together to serve our customers with delicious food and drinks. The smile across the counter, preparing the baguette or restocking the shelves, our front and back of house roles are diverse, varied and never boring!  

Management

If you’re looking to go into a more senior or managerial role where you are dealing with the day-to-day operations of units and management of logistics, our Operations team is for you. There's great opportunity to bring your flavour to tailor our units. 

Support Office

Our support functions work behind the scenes to support and grow SSP at every level. With roles in finance to commercial and property, you will work with cross-functional and global teams to reimagine the future of food and drink in travel locations across the world. 

Host

As a Host you set the tone and experience for our customers in our restaurants. Working in well-renowned restaurants in travel locations across France, our hosts connect with many different customers daily and have an eye for finesse and heart for customer service. If you enjoy meeting new people, then this may be a role for you. 

Chef

As a country famous for its gastronomy, at SSP we are deeply proud to represent truly French culinary excellence. As a Chef at  SSP France, you'll be drawing on your passion for food as you cook up some exquisite dishes for our customers. 

Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be in charge in of maintaining our restuarnts to a high standard and ensuring our colleagues wellbeing whilst at work, ensuring we really are the best part of the journey. 

  • Sustainability: The products part

    We adopt an approach that respects both health and the preservation of the environment in the choice of our supplies and our recipes. We are committed to: Increasing our offer of healthy and sustainable choices (more vegetarian products, recipes with a lower carbon footprint), sourcing our products responsibly and sustainably (especially for our hot drinks), and work with suppliers who guarantee high standards of animal welfare.

  • Sustainability: The planet part

    Our objective covers our entire supply chain, the operation of our points of sale and our revenues. Our roadmap notably includes programs to reduce energy consumption and the proportion of animal proteins in our recipes. We have already eliminated single-use plastic from own-brand packaging, replacing it with reusable, recyclable or compostable materials. We are also committed to reducing food waste through prevention, redistribution, recycling and composting.

  • Sustainability: Professional integration

    We systematically work in conjunction with “France Travail” as part of our openings of new brands, to recruit a public far from employment and ensure their retraining for our professions. We also make a point of collaborating with professional reintegration associations such as Apprentis d’Auteuil.

  • Sustainability: The products part
